With a vision and passion to let all people understand and appreciate the beauty and simplicity of authentic Japanese food, he has finally opened his own sushi restaurant on January 30th, 2007.
Throughout his 30 years in the food business, his loyal customers have continued to follow him. He has consistently been inspired and determined to give his customers the opportunity and privilege to truly understand the greatness of the Japanese taste. He never compromises with mediocrity or what customer’s are accustomed to. When he prepares a dish he strongly takes pride in his heritage and food.
